(Bonus dollars can also be earned back in increments of less than $1. REFER A FRIEND AND YOU GET a 100% deposit bonus in bonus dollars on your friend's first deposit on UltimatePoker.com. Your friend get s a 50% deposit bonus in bonus dollars on his initial deposit for participating in the program. subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) In addition to the definitions set forth in the UltimatePoker.com terms and conditions of uses, the following definitions shall apply: "Referring Friend" is the person telling a friend; and "Referred Friend" is the person being told about UltimatePoker.com.

2) The Referred Friend must be new to UltimatePoker.com and must not already have an Account at UltimatePoker.com or any cardroom powered by UltimateBet, under any other name or alias.

3) Abuse of the Refer-A-Friend program will result in possible account closure and seizure of any deposit bonuses.

4) To receive the 50% deposit, the Referred Player must open an Account and enter his friend's exact account name in the referred by field and then make a deposit at any time. UltimatePoker.com is not responsible for players incorrectly entering a friend's account name in the referred by field of the account creation page.

5) The 50% deposit bonus for the referred friend will be automatically credited to his/her account upon initial deposit as bonus dollars. Bonus dollars will be converted to real money dollars in accordance with UltimatePoker.com's rules for converting bonus dollars link to bonus dollars

6) To receive 100% deposit bonus for referring a friend, the Referring Friend must have a Complete Account (an account to which includes the referring friend's name and complete address). The refer-a-friend bonus will be credited as Bonus dollars and will be converted to real money dollars in accordance with UltimatePoker.com's rules for converting bonus dollars.

7) The maximum bonus that the referred friend is eligible to receive is 50 bonus dollars. The maximum bonus that the referrer is eligible to receive is 100 bonus dollars.

8) In addition, the standard User Agreement applies, except as otherwise specified above, and all activity at UltimatePoker.com is governed by the UltimatePoker.com User Agreement.
