Terms & Conditions

• Point conversion applies only to the points earned between 12:01am on Friday, November 28 ^th and 11:59pm on Thursday, January 1 ^st. Points earned prior to the above period will not be converted to cash as part of this week’s promotion.

• Earning UltimatePoints through rake contribution: Any contribution to the pot will recognize you as a contributor to rake and therefore will qualify you to receive points

• Players can only redeem points earned through real-money ring games, real-money blackjack games against the house, Sit-‘n-Gos and MTTs during the promotional period.

• Points earned through time played, freeroll tournaments, high hand jackpots, participation in customer surveys, bonuses, awards, play-money games and other special events will not be eligible for cash redemption.

• At the end of the promotional period, you will be contacted with instructions on how to redeem any UltimatePoints collected.

• You will be eligible to convert your UltimatePoints to cash only after the promotional period has ended.

• The process for redeeming your UltimatePoints is automated via the UltimateBet software (on the MyAccounts page). Please do not email requests for your UltimatePoints to be converted to cash.

• You have one week from the end of the promotion period to trade your eligible UltimatePoints for cash (the following Thursday at 11:59 PM ET).

• You must earn at least 750 UltimatePoints during the promotional period to redeem points for cash.

• Players who earn between 750-999 UltimatePoints will have their points converted to cash at a rate of 3 cents per point.

• Players who earn between 1000-1999 UltimatePoints will have their points converted to cash at a rate of 5 cents per point.

• Players who earn 2000 or more UltimatePoints will have their points converted to cash at a rate of 7.5 cents per point.

• Your UltimatePoint balance must be equal to or greater than the number of redeemable points at the time of crediting.

For example:
Points earned during promotional period: 1000 points
Current point balance at the time of crediting: 850 points
You will be credited with $42.50 (850 points x $0.05).

• When points are redeemed at your request, your Ultimate point balance will be debited with the number of points redeemed.

For example:
Points earned during promotional period: 1000 points
Current Ultimate Point balance: 2,500 points
Upon your request, to redeem 1,000 points, your account will be credited with: $50 (1,000 points x $0.05)
Point balance will be: 1,500 (2,500 points - 1,000 points).

Important Note: UltimatePoints can only be redeemed for cash once. If points are redeemed through the Ultimate Players Club, points are no longer valid.
